Reading is currently very, very wet. It's as dark outside as it is at 4pm and raining hard but I'm lounging around working at home so it doesn't bother me.

We bought a digital camera yesterday. It's very posh. I don't know if you were working yesterday in the Victoria St branch of Jessops, kabukivice, but we were the couple who came in at 3pm and spent an hour choosing a digital camera. I did look speculatively at the staff (and there seemed to be lots of staff) to see if I could spot the fangirl but decided it would be best not to lurch up to anyone and alarm them.

I'm having a haircut today at The Very Expensive Place. Exactly when I went from having £6 haircuts to £40 haircuts I'm not sure but it makes me feel very decadent. And I need to go the post office and post things, otherwise people will be getting Christmas cards in March.

I'm in the Duke St branch (I'm the obligatory token female, normally looking harassed), and was not there this weekend, mostly due to being at Senior Partners....

Ah, I was wondering. If I'm ever that way I shall keep my eyes peeled for the harrassed female behind the counter. Are the blokes all right to work with? I've experienced many patronising attitiudes from men in camera shops, although Jessops has always been fairly okay.
