I'm drunk on red wine, I'm speechless. Jenny is in hospital now, having her baby, but I was lucky enough to be asked to help her through the early hours of her labour. I have never stoked someone's lower back with such purpose and concentration before. Filled hot water bottles, tried to be helpful, put Leonard Cohen on, read excerpts from Tony Blair's biography. I hope they come back soon, I hope they're okay.
