Well, I haven't actually managed to *finish* that many Saiyuki fics, so Breathe stands out in that it is complete and stand-alone. (The others being Mistake (KenTen), Enough (Gojyo/Sanzo), and um... How Far Do You Bend? (Iisou/Gonou).) ^_^;

I have a bad habit of long, rambly epics that go on for years. ^_^;
