Off Beat manga

I am so fond of Off*Beat. It gives me a little warm glow. It has: a super-intelligent teenage boy called Tory. He makes notes on his entire life and all the people in it; his long suffering mother who sends him out to buy her tampons; their upstairs neighbour who steals food and secretly acts as Tory's big brother; a mysterious and pretty boy who lives across the road and who Tory doesn't realise he has a crush on; and a girl called Mandy who has a thing about geeks. I want volume three, but sadly there's no sign of it yet.
